Be aware, based only on my experience with Brock windows, you will have no follow up from your salesman. The Window and entry door installers were very good, the storm door and side enclosure process is badly broken. Contract with Brock signed Oct 15, Entry door and Windows(2) installed week before Christmas, Called the salesman to inquire when storm door would be installed, he finally called back and said Jan 20th, The evening of Jan 19, i called to confirm, and was told, ” no, we are not coming now Tomorrow” ( i had taken the day off work), ” we will come Monday 25th, On SUNDAY evening, the 24th, another call, ” we are not coming Tomorrow, we will come Wednesday”. . So i came home Wednesday to find the wrong storm door installed. They installed the correct door a week later, after I had again to contact them. I went by Brock to speak with the Sales Manager about the lack of follow up from my salesman, He replied ” this is the 6th complaint i have had recently”, the impression i got was, that I was wasting his time. Final comment from him was” you will get a person letter of apology from Me” . Naturally, still waiting 6 weeks later
