When we had the staff at Landmark install three new windows in our home we had a problem with the scheduling and we had to re-arrange it a few times – it wasn’t ideal for us or for the staff (I’m sure) but the way they handled it was awesome. I never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone or that they were upset. Everyone we worked with was very friendly. You can tell they care a lot about the benefit of their customers!
